The Masters Prep

If a class missed by the student, it will not be rescheduled for a makeup and there will be no refund or credit for the missed class. If a class is canceled due to instructor absence or inclement weather, a makeup class will be scheduled. In case you cancel your registration before the course starts, a partial refund will be issued after a certain amount of penalty is deducted. The penalty* amount increases as the timing of the cancellation approaches the course start date. Once the semester starts, no refund is available.

*Penalty Rate (% of the paid amount, $50 registration fee is non-refundable)

0% penalty (100% refund): within 48 hours from the registration date, 10%: after 48 hours ~ 60 days prior to the course start date, 15%: 59 days ~ 30 days prior to the course start date, 25%: 29 days ~ 15 days prior to the course start date, 35%: 14 days ~ 1 day prior to the course start date.

For 1:1 tutoring, if the student notifies the Masters Prep that he/she cannot come at least 1 day prior to the scheduled tutoring session, the session may be rescheduled or the cancelled/missed session will not be counted and remain as unused tutoring time. Otherwise, the missed tutoring session will not be rescheduled for a makeup and the available tutoring time will be reduced accordingly.
